Die Vorbereitung für Apple laufen auf Hochtouren. Apples wichtigste Produzenten Pegatron und Foxconn stocken hierfür momentan ihr Personal massiv auf.

Wie die Economic Daily News berichtet, engagiert Foxconn im Moment 100.000 Mitarbeiter um dem riesigen Verkaufsansturm auf das iPhone 6 gerecht werden zu können…

„Hon Hai Precision Industry will recruit over 100,000 people in mainland China to produce the newest iPhone from Apple Inc, Taiwan's Economic Daily News said, in what the report called the firm's largest single hiring spree in China.“

Zwar übernimmt Foxconn auch weiterhin die Rolle des Hauptzulieferers, doch auch Pegatron spielt eine wichtige Rolle. Wie die Economic Daily News berichtet, übernimmt Pegatron knapp 30% der Gesamtproduktion und bereitet sich momentan ebenso intensiv darauf vor.

„Fellow Taiwanese contract manufacturer Pegatron Corp will expand its workforce in one mainland factory by 30 percent, also in response to expected high demand for the new iPhone, Economic Daily News said on Monday.

Hon Hai, the world's largest contract manufacturer of electronic goods, will produce 70 percent of the phones, largely anticipated for release this autumn, with Pegatron set to produce the remaining 30 percent, according to the report.“

Die Stellenausschreibungen beider Firmen passen perfekt zum geplanten bzw. prognostizierten Verkaufsstart des iPhone 6 im Herbst dieses Jahres. Wir gehen davon aus, dass der Großteil der Ressourcen vorerst für das iPhone 6 mit 4,7″ Display, welches das Volumenmodell sein wird, bereitgestellt wird. Das 5,5″ iPhone 6 wird als Premium Modell positioniert und auch deutlich geringe Stückzahlen erreichen.
