Das Wall Street Journal zitiert eine Research Note von Marktanalyst CLSA aus Hong Kong, wonach Apple die nächste iPad-Generation noch vor Weihnachten auf den Markt bringen will - inklusive besserem Display und LTE:

While most vendors appear fixated on matching the specs and features of iPad2, our checks suggest Apple will release iPad3 in time for the holiday season, sporting a better display and LTE capabilities.

Bereits im Februar, noch vor der Präsentation des iPad 2, kamen erste Gerüchte um ein weiteres iPad vor Jahresende auf.
