Apple: Weißes iPhone leicht verzögert, ab Mitte Juli verfügbar
Apple hat in einer Pressaussendung angekündigt, dass das weiße iPhone 4 noch etwas Zeit benötigt: Ab der zweiten Julihälfte soll dann aber auch dieses Modell, das anscheinend etwas problematischer in der Herstellung ist als zuvor angenommen, verfügbar sein.
White models of Apple's new iPhone 4 have proven more challenging to manufacture than expected, and as a result they will not be available until the second half of July. The availability of the more popular iPhone 4 black models is not affected.

But when it comes to the total package -- fit and finish in both software and hardware, performance, app selection, and all of the little details that make a device like this what it is -- we think it's the cream of the current crop.

iPhone OS 4 Jailbreak: PwnageTool 4.0 für Mac ist da!
Gestern wurde endlich das passende Jailbreak-Tool für iOS 4 veröffentlicht: PwnageTool 4.0 erstellt im Gegensatz zu redsn0w eine jailbroken Firmware, die anschließend am iDevice installiert wird.
Mit dem ultrasn0w 0.93 iOS 4 Unlock kann man das Gerät anschließend für alle Provider freischalten.
PwnageTool 4.0 unterstützt iPhone 3G und 3GS sowie iPod Touch 2G, bei dem iPT 3G gibt es anscheinend noch Probleme.
